1. Definitions
In the Document below Getbuzz Solutions Pte. Ltd. ( Company Registration Number: 20110482G) will be stated as ” The Company”
In the Document, the buyer will be stated as “Client”
1. Quotation
1.1 All quoted prices are valid only up to 10 working days after the quotation have been received. Acceptance of this quotation automatically signifies acceptance of the terms and conditions set out here and indicates an agreement between the company and the client.
1.2 Only the services described in the quotation is included within the price given. Any other works or service outside of the scope of the quote given will be chargeable. Any modification or extra work that falls outside of the remit of this quotation must first be agreed with a price and by both parties through a written form (email/agreement) before it may go ahead.
2. Scope of work
2.1 Getbuzz will endeavor to carry out the listed services to a high and expected professional standard.
2.2 Company shall show the ad copies and the plan on how they will generate leads and set appointments to the client. And the company can start the campaign only after the acceptance of the client on lead generation.
2.3 Whilst all reasonable effort will be made to carry out the required services, the company cannot guarantee results. In case the client spends monthly 1000SGD on facebook ads but gets less than 20 leads per month company refunds the service fee.
2.4 Deliverable have been stated in the Deliverables tab.
2.5 Client understands Company get leads and appointments through social media channels and do not directly contact the leads to see their eligibility. In case a lead is a fake lead or not within the target audience, the Company can replace those appointments.
3. Invoicing and Payment
3.1 The client accepts the final quote given. On acceptance of the quote, 100% of the balance shall be immediately due for settlement before work commences.
3.2 If the invoice is not settled within 15 days of the invoice date, the Company reserves the right to change the quotation amount.
3.3 These terms and conditions will represent a contract between the company and client according to the laws of Singapore.
