Bait Creation: We will help you to create a bait that will attract the audience as well.
Ad Creation: We will create the ads that we believe will attract your audience
Ad Management: We will manage the ads and adjust them to improve the conversions.
Notifications:Best time to contact a lead is when they just show their interest. To capture the leads hot what we do is:a) Send a thank you message to the lead (to show them you will come back to them shortly)
b) Send a notification message to you: with the details of lead, the faster you turn back to the leads higher chance you will set an appointment with them.

c) Add the details of the lead to our Google Sheet.
Adjustments: We will adjust the ad copies and our process together to ensure the quality of the leads are high and it is working.

Terms and conditions

In the Document below Getbuzz Solutions Pte. Ltd. ( Company Registration Number: 20110482G) will be stated as ” The Company”In the Document, the buyer will be stated as “Client”

1. Quotation

1.1 All quoted prices are valid only up to 10 working days after the quotation have been received. Acceptance of this quotation automatically signifies acceptance of the terms and conditions set out here and indicates an agreement between the company and the client.

1.2 Only the services described in the quotation is included within the price given. Any other works or service outside of the scope of the quote given will be chargeable. Any modification or extra work that falls outside of the remit of this quotation must first be agreed with a price and by both parties through a written form (email/agreement) before it may go ahead.

2. Scope of work

2.1 Getbuzz will endeavor to carry out the listed services to a high and expected professional standard.

2.2 Company shall show the ad copies and the plan on how they will generate leads and set appointments to the client. And the company can start the campaign only after the acceptance of the client on lead generation.

2.3 Whilst all reasonable effort will be made to carry out the required services, the company reserves the right to alter or cancel some or all work at short notice in the case of reasons beyond control. In such cases, the company will refund based on the number of leads that has not delivered to the client. ($30/lead)

2.4 Deliverables have been stated in the Deliverables tab.

2.5 Client understands Company get leads through social media channels and do not directly contact the leads to see their eligibility. In case a lead is a fake lead or not within the target audience, the Company can replace those leads.

3. Invoicing and Payment

3.1 The client accepts the final quote given. On acceptance of the quote, 100% of the balance shall be immediately due for settlement before work commences.

3.2 The company shall provide the number of leads as stated within 90 days after starting the work. In case of failure, the company shall reimburse client $30/ number of leads that have not been delivered.

3.3 If the invoice is not settled within 15 days of the invoice date, the Company reserves the right to change the quotation amount.

3.4 These terms and conditions will represent a contract between the company and the client according to the laws of Singapore.
